For my oldest who had some bad cavities (we waited too long to take her to a dentist), Dr. Bowerman said they could do the work in house, but recommended another pediatric dentist who could provide nitrous oxide gas to make the process a little less scary. Giving away business to provide the best care for my kids shows you how much they care.
I love this place! Dr. Belbiese (elder) is more than a dentist, he's a craftman too! He will do everything he can to solve your problem while focusing on "keeping what you have", if he can. I know that Dr. Belbiese will always do what is in my best interest!
Our entire family showed up for our appointments only to find the office closed. Nobody called to inform us that they were closing for the day. The second time I showed up they scheduled someone else over my appointment. They never called to inform me again. Waste of time. Rude and snippy staff. Worst experience ever and I've only been there twice. You'd think they would show new customers great service. Nobody else is ever there so they must not have good clientele. We won't go back! Don't waste your time. Dentists are easy to find.
Small friendly office, good service and prices. I've seen 3 dentists who were all great. I've also seen 2 hygenists, both were friendly and did a nice job, but one was heavy handed and not very careful about not stabbing and scraping your gums.
I've been to several dentist's in this area and Saline Family Dentistry was the only one that accepted my insurance and was willing to work with me on a payment plan. With the economy the way it is they seemed genuinely concerned about saving me money and getting the best treatment at the same time. The assistants were delightful and the office manager answered the questions that I had at my visit. The dentist was the best part of the visit because of his knowledge, experience and speed. I got a filling and the injection was not as bad as I thought it would be. Another sweet plus were ceiling mounted Tvs !! I think i found a dentist that my family and I will stick with for a while. I am very satisfied.
I've taken both of my daughters here (3 and 5), and have been very happy with the way they were treated. The hygenist (Diane) as well as the dentist we saw (Dr. Bowerman), go out of their way to make the dentist a friendly place for kids. They explain everything they are going to do, and let the kids see all the tools so they aren't afraid. My children want to go to the dentist, which is weird to me, but I'm happy to hear it.
I've never met any of the other staff there, but I recommend these two 100%.
