Call a real estate inspection company for a reference--don't rely on word of mouth or reviews. I would not deal with NR again.
Crew arrived at 7:30am and was done by 2:30pm. Roof completely replaced (with lots of gables, etc....) and the only evidence I found they were even here was a small piece of shingle behind a bush (which might have blown off previously). I would recommend to anyone.
